Outline the foundational principles, strategic components, and operational structure of a gender sensitive rehabilitation program for individuals involved in or affected by GBV, with a specific focus on correctional settings. Insights gathered through desk research on best practices and field research with correctional staff, detainees, survivors, and relevant associations.
The report identifies needs, state-of-the-art and transferable good practices.

Three distinct, fully developed training programmes, each covering one intervention phase (prevention, detention, post-release), modular (units) adapted for blended learning, and designed to be inclusive and trauma informed.
A multilingual e-learning platform in EN, EL, RO where the training programmes are hosted and adaptable for different learning environments in and out of correctional settings. Accessible to correctional staff, psychologists, NGO professionals, trainers and approved detainees in supported institutions.
User-friendly guide for educators, correctional staff, and facilitators on how to implement and sustain the GRACE training programmes. It includes digital usage instructions, pedagogical advice, trauma-informed practices, and peer facilitation guidance.

The report contains evidence of the program's initial success and areas requiring improvement and will serve as the basis for future expansion plans and policy recommendations.
The report summarizes the findings, lessons learned, and recommendations from the pilot implementation across countries, with particular attention to outcomes related to institutional dynamics, trainee impact, and the feasibility of scaling the model.
The Handbook provides the finalized operational and pedagogical guide for the Ambassadors’ Scheme, supporting community reintegration, restorative leadership, and peer-based outreach post-release.
